Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities

Customer Interface & Solutions Provider

• •Serve as the primary technical interface to government customers and internal stakeholders.
• •Deeply understand customer expectations and requirements, and translate them into optimized, feasible Linxens technical solutions.
• •Lead negotiations and alignments to balance customer needs with technical and manufacturing capabilities.

Technical Requirements & Solution Definition

• •Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, performance targets, and feasibility assessments.
• •Assess cost, manufacturability, and industrialization constraints early.
• •Challenge unclear or unrealistic customer requirements using data-driven arguments.

Project Leadership & Product Development

• •Lead product development and customization
• •Drive design, verification, qualification, and industrialization.
• •Ensure compliance with standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
• •Ensure smooth transition to mass production, optimized for cost, quality, and scalability.

Qualification

• •3–10 years of experience in product development, project management, and business development, ideally within ID or RF card segments.
• •Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field)
• •Strong ability to translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable technical solutions.
• •Proven leadership in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder management.
• •Solid expertise in manufacturing processes, quality systems, risk management, and regulatory environments.
• •Excellent communication skills for effective customer and internal collaboration.
• •Fluent in English and in one of the language (Spanish OR Portuguese, OR French)
