As a Senior Technical Project Manager / Program Manager, you will drive mission-critical banking implementations that directly influence partner success and product scalability. You will lead strategic programs, establish execution frameworks, improve delivery predictability, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple teams and external stakeholders.

Your ability to manage complexity, solve execution challenges, and build scalable governance mechanisms will play a critical role in accelerating business growth and strengthening partner relationships.

The Hats You Will Wear

• •Own and drive end-to-end execution of strategic fintech implementation programs across partner banks and financial institutions.
• •Lead multiple concurrent programs involving Credit Card, Credit Line on UPI, issuer systems, API integrations, and banking workflows.
• •Define project plans, delivery milestones, governance structures, execution frameworks, and rollout strategies for large-scale implementations.
• •Act as the primary escalation and coordination point for senior stakeholders across partner banks and internal leadership teams.
• •Drive program governance through regular reviews, steering committees, risk assessments, and executive-level status reporting.
• •Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business teams to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.
• •Translate business requirements, regulatory expectations, and product roadmaps into actionable execution plans and delivery timelines.
• •Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and operational gaps proactively, while driving structured mitigation and resolution plans.
• •Lead UAT coordination, production readiness reviews, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization activities.
• •Ensure successful onboarding and rollout of partner programs while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives across implementation processes, governance models, documentation standards, and delivery practices.
• •Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building scalable program management capabilities within the organization.

The Perfect Fit

• •5 years of experience in program management, technical project management, or delivery leadership within fintech, banking, or payments ecosystem.
• •Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technology implementations with banks or regulated financial institutions.
• •Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure, API integrations, issuer systems, banking workflows, and product implementation lifecycle.
• •Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, external partners, and multiple execution streams simultaneously.
• •Excellent problem-solving, program governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced startup environments.
• •Experience managing risks, escalations, compliance dependencies, and operational readiness for large-scale rollouts.
• •Ability to drive alignment across business, product, and engineering teams while maintaining delivery accountability.

Your Edge Over The Rest

• •Experience working on Credit Card platforms, UPI ecosystem integrations, lending systems, or issuer processing platforms.
• •Familiarity with RBI regulations, fintech-bank partnership models, and regulated product rollouts.
• •Prior experience in high-growth fintech startups or enterprise banking transformation programs.
• •PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project/program management certifications.
• •MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
