Role Overview

We are looking for a Core Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in identifying and hiring talent across niche and emerging technologies, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and relationship-building to successfully close critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• •Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent needs.
• •Develop strategic sourcing approaches, talent mapping, and competitor research to identify high-quality candidates.
• •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• •Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• •Engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• •Ensure excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and business objectives.
• •Drive hiring for technical, niche, and hard-to-fill positions across diverse technology domains.
• •Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• •3+ years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
• •Proven ability to hire for complex, niche, and strategic technology mandates.
• •Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
• •Ability to create innovative hiring strategies and drive successful closures in a competitive market.
• •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
