Technical Solutions Technician

• •Receive inbound freight from customers.
• •Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment.
• •Perform in-house and some on-site routine services including Pre-Delivery Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance to ensure proper operation of devices.
• •Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required.
• •Complete all planned Technical, Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• •Provide customer support by telephone or email.
• •Coordinate and process shipping and receiving requests for used devices and spare parts.
• •Monitor all service requests through completion to ensure that the customer receives service in an expeditious manner. Escalate risks if issues arise that delay timely service to the customer.
• •Maintain effective storekeeping procedures, records, transactional data and prepare reports.
• •Support the sales, the marketing, the logistics and the quality department with technical issues.
