We are currently looking for a:

Technical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

• •Analyses business ideas and design concepts to prepare initial technical feasibility check in terms of functionality.
• •Elaborates detailed technical specifications for ideas/design concept to be presented to suppliers for quotation submission.
• •Selects the appropriate suppliers to participate in the tenders and provide briefing and technical details.
• •Evaluates supplier quotations from technical and prices point of view and provide recommendations for purchase.
• •Identify all the administrative and construction permissions needed to execute a project and defines the technical requirement to obtain the permissions.
• •Acts as Project Manager (or supervise the Project Manager) until the project is completed and commissioned to the corresponding Operation Manager.
• •Assures the all agreed specifications are met during the commissioning process.
• •Acts as point of contact with suppliers until the project is completed and delivered to the Park.

Requirements

• Education:
• •Engineering or Architect Master Degree
• Languages:
• •Spanish
• •English at a proficiency level
• Computer Skills: Microsoft, autocad.

• Experience:
• •Five years of previous experience as a: Project Manager, Head of work, or designer.

• Others:
