We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Analyst to provide onsite support for our Hong Kong office and remote support across APAC (Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney). You will work with colleagues, global ICT teams and approved suppliers to resolve issues, support workplace technology and deliver a reliable user experience.

This role suits someone who is service-focused, organised and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders, live meetings and colleagues across different locations and time zones.

Purchase and manage ICT equipment, stock and asset records throughout the device lifecycle.

Support APAC offices without dedicated onsite ICT resources, coordinating with local contacts and suppliers when required.

Log and manage incidents and service requests, maintain clear user communication and escalate risks appropriately.

Contribute to office moves, technology refreshes, service improvements and regional ICT projects.

Follow information security, data protection and company technology policies at all times

At least two years of experience in service desk, desktop support or end-user computing.

Practical experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management; Jamf experience is an advantage.

Experience supporting laptops, iPhones, printers, meeting-room technology and audio/video conferencing.

Good understanding of basic networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.

Experience with ITSM ticketing, asset management and technical documentation.

Awareness of information security, phishing, MFA and secure handling of company equipment.
