About Role:

We are looking for a techno-functional Business Analyst (Customer Solution Analyst) who will work closely with banking clients and internal technical teams to analyze business requirements, support solution implementation, and ensure the successful delivery of regulatory reporting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the assigned client portfolio, including pre-implementation and post-implementation support, issue resolution, and ongoing client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• •2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role, with a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects.
• •Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, including Test cases, BRD, FRD, SRS, and technical/non-technical documentation.
• •Proven experience in analysing complex business processes and translating them into technical solutions.
• •Strong data analysis skills, including data modelling and data-driven decision-making.
• •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• •Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business analysis.
• •Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• •Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• •Experience in the BFSI domain
• •Knowledge of XBRL and XML

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field. MBA (Finance/Systems) or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
