General Qualifications

- Experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk/Service Desk, Networking, Systems, Infrastructure, or other related technology functions.

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of relevant hardware, software, networking, operating systems, or enterprise technologies depending on area of specialization.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalation.

- Customer-service orientation, particularly for user- or client-facing technical roles.

- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.

- Willingness to work on varying schedules and work arrangements depending on business requirements.

Possible Technical Skills

Experience may include technologies such as Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, routing and switching, firewalls, servers, cloud platforms, virtualization, ITSM/ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and other enterprise technologies.
