## Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Kundeninstallationen, Software-Upgrades, Migrationen und technischen Rollouts
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Kunden-, Test-, Demo- und internen Systemumgebungen
  • Analyse technischer Störungen sowie Auswertung von Logfiles und Systemdaten zur Fehleridentifikation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Support und Architektur zur Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie nachvollziehbarer Entwicklungs- und Supporttickets
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben und Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Plattformen

## Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im technischen Support, IT-Betrieb, in der Systemadministration oder im DevOps-Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen sowie Linux-Grundlagen oder eine hohe Lernbereitschaft in diesem Bereich
  • Interesse an modernen Plattformtechnologien, Cloud-Umgebungen und technischen Betriebsprozessen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken wie SQL Server oder PostgreSQL
  • Begeisterung für Automatisierung, Standardisierung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung technischer Abläufe
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
