• •You develop and deliver advanced training about power system protection and provide practical, hands-on training under critical conditions.- You support and coach customers and internal teams about topics related to power system protection and act as an advisor on operations to cover their needs and requirements.- You create a sustainable curriculum and develop trainings programs for our customers.- You facilitate workshops and simulations in technical operations.- You support the development and improvement of scenarios, tools, simulations and frameworks for future-ready operational performance.- You are part of R&D initiatives to integrate new technologies and evolving industry needs into our solutions.

• •You have the ability to train our customers and to develop technical training programs and workshops.- You possess the drive to empower and engage your environment, and you are an individual who can optimally adapt to diverse target groups.- You have several years of experience in electrification, power transmission and distribution, power system protection and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; Previous knowledge of SIPROTEC V, SIPROTEC 5 and/or SIPROTEC 4 is a plus. - You have analytical and problem-solving skills.- You have advanced level of German and English. - Willingness to travel and strong communication and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
