Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• •Work with internal technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product design, functionality, operation of AFC systems and the documentation requirements.
• •Create and maintain the information architecture in order to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• •Research and analyze technical information, converting complex concepts into clear and concise instructions.
• •Edit and proofread existing and newly created documentation for accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications :

• •At least 2 years of experience producing clear, accurate, and user-focused technical documentation, preferably within the transportation or IT sectors.
• •Strong command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and style standards.
• •Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and gather complex technical information effectively.
• •Capability to work flexibly while handling multiple types of equipment simultaneously.
• •Strong interest in continuously learning and understanding diverse equipment scopes and functionalities.
• •Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams with varied areas of expertise.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while proactively identifying documentation gaps and improvement opportunities.
• •Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and documentation standards.
