Technician All

Job Summary:

Responsible for executing lubrication management programs, oil analysis, predictive maintenance activities, and lubricant inventory control to maximize reliability of industrial assets supporting chemical operations.

Responsable de ejecutar programas de lubricación, análisis de aceite, mantenimiento predictivo y control de lubricantes para maximizar confiabilidad de activos industriales que soportan la operación química.

Accountability and Scope:

• •Execute preventive lubrication plans
• •Maintain lubricant inventory and quality standards
• •Support predictive maintenance initiatives
• •Reduce mechanical failures through lubrication excellence

• •Ejecutar planes preventivos de lubricación
• •Mantener inventario y calidad de lubricantes
• •Soportar mantenimiento predictivo
• •Reducir fallas mecánicas mediante excelencia en lubricación

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Perform lubrication routes and preventive schedules
• •Conduct oil sampling and contamination monitoring
• •Replace oils, greases, and specialty lubricants
• •Inspect bearings, pumps, motors, and rotating equipment
• •Document lubrication activities and KPI results
• •Identify abnormal wear or temperature patterns
• •Support TPM / reliability programs

Measures of Performance:

• •PM compliance ≥ 95%
• •Reduction in equipment downtime
• •Lubricant inventory accuracy
• •Predictive maintenance findings closure
• •Zero lubrication-related failures

Qualifications and Experience:

• •Mechanical / Industrial Technician
• •2–4 years lubrication experience
• •Predictive maintenance knowledge preferred
• •Basic vibration / thermography understanding preferred
