Position Summary

As a technician, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the fun running at full speed. You make sure every game is ready for action, every guest leaves with a smile, and every visit is unforgettable. From fixing games and keeping them in top shape to helping guests get back to the fun, you play a key role in delivering the ultimate entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• •Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
• •Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• •Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
• •Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• •Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• •Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• •Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• •Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• •Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• •Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• •Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Qualifications

• •High School diploma and some technical training.
• •Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
• •Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• •Strong communication and team leadership skills
