TECHNICIAN

Summary

You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Rapid Mission Integration & Interoperability Department (MX), Expeditionary Electromagnetic Warfare Division (MXQ), Special Operations Forces Electronic Warfare Branch (MXQW) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370).

Duties

• •You will plan, coordinate, and execute test events supporting CUAS, MM-ECM, and EW systems/capabilities.
• •You will engage USSOCOM end-user communities to refine requirements and shape operationally relevant test scenarios.
• •You will produce constructive, high-quality test reports with clear findings, recommendations for product improvement, and effective employment guidance.
• •You will communicate effectively with senior leaders (up to O-6) and operational end users across the USSOCOM community.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical engineering leadership on the planning, coordination, and execution of electronic warfare system testing events to refine requirements and ensure quality deliverables for the effectiveness and productivity of missions.
