Technician

SCHEDULE:

Full-time 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform a variety of hair services such as colours, styling, and treatments.

Guide personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI&GUY experience.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences.

Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality.

Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

Bring artistic vision to life through understanding clients’ preferences.

Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.

Proven experience as a colour technician in a busy salon environment.
