Job Description:

รายละเอียดงาน

1.ปฏิบัติงานควบคุมเครื่องจักรให้ทำงานอย่างมีคุณภาพและมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อผลิตสินค้าทันต่อความต้องการ และบรรจุเป้าหมายของแผนกรวมถึงบริษัท

2.ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการผลิตได้ดำเนินการภายใต้พารามิเตอร์ต่างๆที่ควบคุมอย่างถูกต้องพร้อมลงบันทึกการจัดเก็บข้อมูล

3.ปรับตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์และการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนชนิดของสินค้าที่ผลิต ให้สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้อย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด พร้อมลงบันทึกจัดเก็บข้อมูล

4.ซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ตามแผนการที่กำหนด

5.จัดทำบันทึกและรายงานการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร, การเบิกอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์, เวลาการหยุดทำงานของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์

6.เสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร / การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน / การจัดทำโครงการ Kaizen, Cost saving

7.รายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในหน่วยงานต่อหัวหน้างานกล้าคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์และเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาต่อหัวหน้างาน
