Vous êtes passionné(e) par la maintenance industrielle et le management d’équipes techniques ? Rejoignez-nous en tant que Superviseur Mécanique !

Vos principales missions :

  • Encadrer et coordonner les équipes de maintenance et de montage.
  • Superviser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Piloter les travaux d’installation, de montage et d’alignement d’équipements mécaniques.
  • Veiller au respect des normes QHSE , des procédures techniques et des délais.
  • Assurer le suivi des performances et le reporting d’activité.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+2 minimum en Maintenance Industrielle, Électromécanique ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en environnement industriel.
  • Solides compétences en mécanique, hydraulique, lecture de plans, usinage conventionnel, soudage et dessin industriel.
  • Expérience confirmée en management d’équipes techniques.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, l’anglais est un atout.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) et Power BI.
