Aufgaben:
- fachlich-technische Bearbeitung von Grundstücksangelegenheiten bis zur Kontrolle und Abnahme der Anlagen
- Kontrolle dezentraler Abwasserreinigungsanlagen
- federführende Betreuung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung des Netzinformationssystems
- fachliches Bewerten von Schadensbildern in Freispiegelkanälen und Festlegung geeigneter Sanierungs- und Reparaturverfahren
- Koordinieren von Tiefbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen in unserem Abwassernetz über unsere Jahresvertragspartner
- Bearbeiten von Leitungsauskünften und Stellungnahmen zu Bauvorhaben Dritter
Profil:
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker / Bauleiter/ Meister Abwassertechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Abwasserinfrastruktur oder im Tiefbau
- Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelwerke
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen und GIS
- Führerschein Klasse B
