  • Aufgaben:
  • First-Level-Support für elektro- und automatisierungstechnische Produktionsanlagen
  • Analyse, Diagnose und nachhaltige Störungsbehebung an EMSR-Systemen, Steuerungen, Feldbus- und Antriebstechnik
  • Fehler- und Ursachenanalysen nach strukturierten Methoden
  • Parametrierung und Optimierung von Steuerungen, Komponenten und Antriebssystemen
  • Unterstützung GMP-konformer Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsmaßnahmen
  • technische Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produktionsanlagen
  • Mitarbeit sowie Teilprojektleitung in EMSR-, Automatisierungs-, Funktionale-Sicherheit- und Explosionsschutzprojekten
  • Profil:
  • Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Meister Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie sowie speziell mit Qualifizierung, Dokumentation und Betrieb GMP-relevanter Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in Fehleranalyse, Root-Cause-Analyse, FMEA, Ishikawa, Datenanalyse und Design of Experiments
  • Kenntnisse in EMSR-Technik, Automatisierungstechnik, Steuerungssystemen, Feldbustechnologien und Antriebstechnik
  • strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Projektmanagementkompetenz
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
