ZVconnect bei ConSoft – Hardware mit Wirkung

Wir bringen Heizungs- und Trinkwasseranlagen aufs Dashboard: Echtzeitdaten, Alarme, volle Transparenz – gemeinsam mit dem SHK-Fachhandwerk, nicht gegen das Handwerk. Daneben entwickeln wir Steuerungen z. B. für Grauwasseranlagen. Bei uns landet deine Platine nicht in der Schublade, sondern im Feld – bei echten Betrieben, echten Kunden, weltweit.

Dein Job

  • Du entwickelst PCB-Layouts für Sensor- und Steuerungsmodule (Temperatur, Durchfluss, Status) und schreibst die passende Firmware dazu
  • Du wählst Bauteile und Steckverbinder (JST, Wire-to-Board) mit Blick auf Platz, Spannung und Fertigbarkeit
  • Du prüfst, debuggst und optimierst bestückte Baugruppen im Alltag
  • Du pflegst BOMs, Doku und Beschaffung – und bringst Feldrückmeldungen direkt ins nächste Layout ein
  • Du bist Teil von Serienanlauf und Kleinserienfertigung, nicht nur Zuschauer

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Elektroniker/in, Mechatroniker/in oder vergleichbar – oder einschlägige Praxis im PCB-Layout
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KiCad, Eagle, Altium oder Ähnlichem
  • Löterfahrung (THT/SMD) und ein Grundverständnis für Sensorik und Niederspannung (bis 24 V)
  • Sorgfalt auch bei Prototypen und kleinen Losgrößen
  • Deutsch fließend, technisches Englisch für Datenblätter kein Problem
