Wir suchen für einen unserer wichtigsten Kunden Mitarbeiter:

Techniker für Anlagen der Glasherstellung (m/w/d)

  • Deine Aufgabe
  • Überwachung der Rohstoffe, des Glasofens und der Schmelzparameter
  • Kontrolle der Rezepturen und Mischungsverhältnisse
  • Überwachung von Förderanlagen, Silos und Dosiersystemen
  • Analyse von Qualitätsdaten und Prozesswerten
  • Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsablauf
  • Einleitung von von Maßnahmen bei Prozessabweichungen
  • Optimierung der Ofenfahrweise
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Instandhaltung und Qualitätswesen
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Produktionsprozesses
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Dokumentation von Schichtdaten und Prozessereignissen
  • Unterstützung bei Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Dein Profil
  • staatlich geprüfter Techniker (z.B. Elektroniker, Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechniker oder am liebsten Glastechniker)
  • Erfahrung in Produktions- oder Prozessanlagen
  • Verständnis für Automatisierung- und Leitsysteme
  • körperlich Belastbar
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in 4 Schichten
  • analytisches Denken und schnelle Entscheidungsfähigkeit
