Wir sind ein Unternehmen mit Sitz in Ettlingen und sind auf den Verkauf, die Wartung sowie die Reparatur von Kaffee- und Snackautomaten spezialisiert.

Ihre Aufgaben

Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von Kaffee-, Snack- und Verkaufsautomaten

Wartung, Reparatur und regelmäßige Inspektion der Geräte beim Kunden vor Ort

Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung (mechanisch, elektrisch und softwareseitig)

Befüllung, Reinigung und hygienische Pflege der Automaten

Einweisung und Schulung von Kunden in die Bedienung der Geräte

Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen und technischen Änderungen

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Servicetechniker oder vergleichbar)

Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Vending, Kaffeevollautomaten oder Gastronomietechnik

Grundkenntnisse in Elektronik, Mechanik und ggf. Netzwerktechnik

Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Freundliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Führerschein Klasse B (für Außendienst erforderlich)

Gute Deutschkenntnisse
