Bauzeichner / Bautechniker / Architekt (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

Wir führen seit 1990 als Bauunternehmen diverse Arbeiten vom Erdaushub über die Erstellung eines kompletten Rohbaus, Gebäudesanierung bis hin zum Abbruch eines Gebäudes für den öffentlichen, gewerblichen und privaten Auftraggeber im Großraum Münsterland und Ruhrgebiet durch.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen motivierten Bauzeichner, Bautechniker oder Architekten (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung in Bauleitung und Abrechnung im Hoch- und Tiefbau.

Aufgaben

Neben der klassischen Planerstellung übernehmen Sie auch verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in der Projektkoordination. Eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist für uns Voraussetzung.

  • Erstellung von Bauzeichnungen und Plänen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Projektabwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei Bauleitung
  • Abrechnung und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen
  • Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen ist wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen (z.B. AutoCAD)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Denken
