  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei allen technischen und kaufmännischen Anliegen
  • Durchführung von Aufmaß- und Abrechnungstätigkeiten
  • Erstellen von Bestandsplänen, Regieberichten und Abrechnungsunterlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl, Steuerung und Leistungsüberwachung externer Firmen
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Subunternehmen und Sicherstellung der Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen den Gewerken (z. B. Rohbau, Elektro, HKLS)
  • Rechnungsprüfung von Lieferanten/Subunternehmern in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Dein Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Bmstr., TU)
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (iTWO, CAD, MS-Office)
  • Verhandlungs- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Seriöses Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Behörden
  • Führerschein Klasse B
