  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Bauarbeiten im zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Steuerung und Koordination der ausführenden Subunternehmen
  • Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechten Bauausführung sowie der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Begleitung von Erd-, Tief-, Beton-, Stahl- und Fassadenbauarbeiten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Engineering und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Laufende Überwachung von Baufortschritt, Terminen, Kosten und Budget
  • Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Termin-, Kosten- oder Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Bauabläufen und technischen Lösungen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bauleitung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination von Subunternehmen
  • Kenntnisse im Erd-, Tief-, Beton- und Stahlbau
  • Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung als Quantity Surveyor von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kraftwerks-, Energieanlagen- oder Industriebau
  • fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Projekteinsätzen in Norddeutschland
