Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Technische Leitung und Führung der Vertriebsmannschaft der Sparte Bestandsbauen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Prozesse in der Sparte Bestandsbauen (Bestandsaufnahme, Kalkulation, Angebotslegung, Ausführung, Verrechnung)
  • Laufende Prozessbewertung und -optimierung in der Ausführung
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter des Vertriebs und der Bautechnik
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Netzwerkes
  • Ressourcenplanung der Ausführung
  • Sicherstellung definierter Qualitätsstandards in Ausführung und Kundenbeziehung
  • Aktive Mitarbeiter in der Weiterentwicklung der Sparte Bau

Die besten Voraussetzungen für Ihren Erfolg

  • Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Baubranche in ähnlicher Position
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Umbau/Sanierung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Holzbau von Vorteil
  • Kaufmännisches Geschick
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung
  • Kommunikativer Empathiker
  • Netzwerker
