Ihre Aufgaben

  • In Ihrem neuen Job unterstützen Sie die Bauleitung in allen wichtigen Belangen der Baustellenabwicklung.
  • Dazu gehört die Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Massenermittlungen.
  • Außerdem verantworten Sie die Baustellenabrechnung und die Rechnungskontrolle.
  • Abschließend führen Sie die notwendigen Vermessungsarbeiten durch und dokumentieren diese.
  • Angebotserstellung; KundInnengespräche

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung, Fachrichtung Tiefbau (HTL /FH) .
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hochbau wünschenswert (z.B. Ferialpraktika) .
  • Geübt im Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. Excel und Word); Allplan, Baudat.
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
