Das ist deine Mission

  • 01 Wartung, Instandhaltung, Inspektion sowie Störungsbehebung und Instandsetzung technischer Anlagen
  • 02 Durchführung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Elektro- und Brandschutzprüfungen sowie Verfolgung von Gewährleistungsmängeln
  • 03 Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen technischen Betriebs inkl. Bedienung der Gebäudeleittechnik
  • 04 Betreuung der Mieter und Nutzer sowie Abstimmung mit verschiedenen externen Gewerken

Das bringst du mit

  • 01 abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung
  • (Lehre / HTL Elektrotechnik oder ähnliches)
  • 02 Erfahrung in der Servicetechnik sowie eine zusätzl. Ausbildung im Bereich Brandschutz sind von Vorteil
  • 03 Sicheres Auftreten und freundliche Umgangsformen
  • 04 Organisations- u. Zeitmanagementfähigkeit
  • 05 Bereitwilligkeit für Bereitschaftsdienste
  • 06 Führerschein B

Verdienst

Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist ein Einstiegsgehalt von mind. EUR 3.000,- brutto vorgesehen. Unsere Gehaltsentwicklungs- und Prämienmodelle werden im Zuge der letztgültigen Gehaltsvereinbarung fixiert.
