Zur Verstärkung unseres Kunden suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Projektleiter*in Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) mit der Spezialisierung auf Gebäudetechnik, die/der mit technischem Know-how, Organisationstalent und Führungsstärke das Team erfolgreich unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Planung und Ausarbeitung von elektrotechnischen Projekten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten inklusive Ressourcen- und Terminplanung
  • Technische sowie kaufmännische Projektüberwachung einschließlich Abrechnung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Führung, Koordination und fachliche Steuerung des Montageteams vor Ort

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Outlook, Word und Excel)
  • Solide Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Teamorientierte, kommunikative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

Das gebotene Gehaltspaket

Das Mindestgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag (Stand 01/2026) beträgt EUR 2.727,40 brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation, Erfahrung und beruflichem Hintergrund möglich.
