  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Analyse von Störungen sowie rasche und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten für notwendige Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Vorbereitung der Einsätze, einschließlich Materialdisposition und Terminplanung
  • Digitale Erfassung und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Leistungen
  • Laufende Abstimmung mit Vorgesetzten sowie direkte Kommunikation mit Kund
  • Koordination und Betreuung externer Partnerunternehmen bei Bedarf
  • Dein Profil:
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (MSR); Kenntnisse der Regeltechnik sind von Vorteil
  • Brandschutztechnische Ausbildungen sind wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Zuverlässige und termingerechte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken sowie gewerkeübergreifendes Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am 24-Stunden-Bereitschaftsdienst
