Für ein international agierendes Unternehmen in Ansfelden mit über 800 Mitarbeiter:innen suchen wir eine_n Elektrotechniker_in im Bereich Lehrlingsausbildung.

  • Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Fachschule, Meister_in, HTL o.Ä.)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Lehrlingsausbildung oder Wissensvermittlung
  • Fundiertes technisches Wissen und Begeisterung für technologische Trends in der Elektrotechnik
  • Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau von Vorteil
  • Soft Skills:
  • Geduld :-)

  • Teamgeist :-)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen :-)
  • Tätigkeiten:
  • Fachliche Ausbildung und Betreuung von Lehrlingen im Bereich
  • Elektrotechnik
  • Vermittlung von praktischen Fertigkeiten und technischem Wissen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Ausbildungsplänen und Praxisübungen
  • Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen und Begleitung zur LAP
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Ausbildner_innen, Fachabteilungen und Berufsschulen
