Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Selbständige Durchführung von Störungsbehebungen, Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Inspektionsarbeiten an allen HKLS-Anlagen
  • Terminkoordination mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Erstellung von Dokumentation, Prüflisten und Protokolle
  • Betriebsführungstätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung und Koordination von Inbetriebnahmen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Fachrichtung HKLS
  • Berufserfahrung im Facility Management von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Objektleitung sowie Ausbildung zum Abfallbeauftragten, Brandschutzbeauftragten und Sicherheitsvertrauensperson von Vorteil
  • Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Führerschein-B

Vergütungspaket:

Der für diese Position vorgesehene Brutto-Mindestverdienst beträgt € 3.551,59 pro Monat lt. KV. zzgl. Zulagen. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
