Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten
  • Koordination der beteiligten Gewerke sowie Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Unterstützung bei der technischen Planung und Ausarbeitung von Lösungen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Angeboten sowie Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Durchführung von Bestandsaufnahmen und Aufmaßen auf Baustellen
  • Sicherstellung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Kundenbetreuung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, in der Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bauleitung oder technischen Planung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA / HKL / MSR) von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
