- Betrieb, Wartung, Instandhaltung & Störungsbehebung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen (HKLS & elektrotechnische Anlagen)
- Regelmäßige Kontroll- & Inspektionsrundgänge
- Kleinreparaturen & haustechnische Instandsetzungen
- Dein Profil
- Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Installations- und Gebäudetechniker_in (HLS) bzw. GWH-Monteur_in
- Berufserfahrung als Installations- und Gebäudetechniker_in (Lehrzeit zählt nicht dazu)
- Fähigkeit zur Messung von Luft- und Wassermengen
- Bereitschaft zum 24h-Notdienst (8 bis 10 Tage Bereitschaft pro Monat)
- Das bekommst du
- € 3.000 bis € 4.000 brutto/Monat je nach Qualifikation und Ausbildung, zuzüglich Zulagen für den Bereitschaftsdienst
- € 70 Bereitschaftspauschale pro Tag, bei tatsächlichem Einsatz zusätzliche Überstundenvergütung
- Kleines, familiäres Unternehmen: 15 bis 20 Mitarbeiter sorgen für ein persönliches Miteinander statt anonymer Konzernstruktur
- Keine Großbaustellen: Primär Wartungen und Instandhaltungen bestehender Gebäude statt stressiger Neubauprojekte
- Planbare Zusatzverdienstmöglichkeit: klar geregelte Bereitschaftspauschale plus Überstundenvergütung bei tatsächlichem Einsatz
