Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Steyr, in einem der größten europäischen automobilen Komponentenwerke, suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung in unbefristeter Anstellung.

Teilzeit (31,7 Std./Woche) bei Vollzeitentlohnung!

  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • Aufgaben anpacken: Durchführung von Inspektionen, Wartungen und Entstörungen an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen (z. B. Wasser- und Abwasseranlagen, Starkstromanlagen, sicherheits- und informationstechnische Anlagen sowie Medienversorgung)

Präzise umsetzen: Dokumentation der Maßnahmen unter Nutzung eines modernen CAFM-Systems

Verantwortung übernehmen: Durchführung von Kontrollgängen sowie Meldung festgestellter Mängel an Gebäuden und Anlagen; Ergreifung von Maßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen

Zusammenhalt leben: Durchführung der Arbeiten im Team und Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Gewerken

Fortschritt vorantreiben: Einbringung von Vorschlägen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP)

  • Ihr Profil
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Installations- und Gebäudetechniker/Installateur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung: Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, gerne aus dem Bereich Technisches Gebäudemanagement

Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Schichtbereitschaft

Arbeitszeit: 31,7 Stunden pro Woche bei Vollzeitentlohnung

  • Die tatsächliche Bezahlung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt EUR 2.885,37 brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Bei vollständiger Erfüllung unserer Anforderungen beträgt das Gehalt ab EUR 3.500,00 brutto pro Monat.
