  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HKLS-Bereich oder in einem verfahrenstechnischen Umfeld mit ähnlichem Aufgabengebiet
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis im HKLS-Bereich
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, eigenverantwortliches und kundenorientiertes Handeln sowie
  • Hands-on Mentaliät runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Projektkoordination der internen Planungsabteilung vom Entwurf bis zur Ausführung im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Führung der Montageleiter hinsichtlich Realisierung, Kosten, Termin und Qualität der HKLS-Projekte im Wohnungs- und Gewerbebau
  • Unterstützung in der Kalkulation und Abrechnung der Projekte
  • Überwachung und Koordination der Sicherheitsrichtlinien auf der Baustelle
  • Koordination des Einkaufs inkl. der Einkaufsfreigaben für den Verantwortungsbereich
  • Begleitung der Lehrlingsausbildung
