  • Was du tun wirst:
  • Betreuung, Überwachung und der technischen Gebäude- und Versorgungsanlagen (Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Kälte, Sanitär, Druckluft, Gas sowie Gebäudeleit- und Sicherheitstechnik)
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Bearbeitung technischer Meldungen und Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen - rasche Anfahrt bei Störungen also Bereitschaft mit Entlohnung
  • Unterstützung bei Umbau-, Erweiterungs- und Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Pflege und Dokumentation technischer Unterlagen sowie Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Funktionskontrollen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien und effizienten Betriebs der gesamten Gebäudetechnik und technischen Anlagen
  • Was du mitbringst:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu fallweisen Einsätzen außerhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeit

Der Monatsbruttolohn liegt, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, zwischen € 3.500,- bis € 3.800,-.
