Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung von Lüftungs-, Klima- und HLK-Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Behebung von Störungen an technischen Anlagen und Systemen
  • Betreuung von Medienversorgungen wie Warm-, Kalt- und Heißwasseranlagen sowie zugehörigen Betriebsmitteln
  • Kontrolle und Wartung von Ventilatoren, Filtern, Pumpen, Armaturen und weiteren Anlagenkomponenten
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie Materialerfassung und -kontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik, HKLS, Mechanik oder Elektrotechnik
  • bereits erworbene Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Lüftungs-, Klima- oder Wasserinstallation
  • Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Überstunden

Wir bieten

  • 38,5 Stunden pro Woche zwischen Montag - Freitag zwischen 06:00-17:00 Uhr
  • Einen Bruttomonatslohn von € 3.300 mit der Möglichkeit der Überzahlung je nach Berufserfahrung
