  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Analyse von Störungen sowie eigenständige Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung technischer Probleme
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung von Serviceeinsätzen einschließlich Materialbeschaffung und Terminplanung
  • Digitale Erfassung und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Unterstützung anderer Gewerke bei bereichsübergreifenden Tätigkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit externen Fachfirmen bei Bedarf
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung, Instandhaltung oder im technischen Service
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Brandschutz ist von Vorteil
  • Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tablets, Apps und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf Überstunden zu leisten
  • Einwandfreier Leumund
