Aufgabenbereich:
- Erstellen aller relevanten Planarten der Gebäudetechnik (Vorentwurf, Entwurf, Einreichung und Ausführungsplanung)
- Einholung von Planungsgrundlagen wie Naturmaßaufnahme, Vorortbegehung, Organisation von Dokumentationsunterlagen
- Erstellen und Fortschreiben der Kostenermittlungsgrundlagen nach ÖNORM B 1801-1 in allen Leistungsphasen
- Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Prüfung der Angebote
- Einhaltung der technischen Vorschriften und Richtlinien
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (HTL, FH, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweise im Krankenhausumfeld
- Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, AVA Software ABK, AutoCAD und Revit)
- Anwendung der gültigen Normen und Gesetze
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, effiziente und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Wir bieten:
- Für diese Position gilt folgende Mindestentlohnung: 3.654,05 € brutto pro Monat
- Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich.
Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche
