Aufgabenbereich:

  • Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung von Lüftungs-, Klima- und HLK-Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Behebung von Störungen an technischen Anlagen und Systemen
  • Betreuung von Medienversorgungen wie Warm-, Kalt- und Heißwasseranlagen sowie zugehörigen Betriebsmitteln
  • Kontrolle und Wartung von Ventilatoren, Filtern, Pumpen, Armaturen und weiteren Anlagenkomponenten
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie Materialerfassung und -kontrolle

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre) im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik, HKLS, Mechanik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Lüftungs-, Klima- oder Wasserinstallation, idealerweise ergänzt durch Pneumatikkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

Wir bieten:

  • Für diese Position gilt folgende Mindestentlohnung: 3.010,47 € brutto pro Monat
  • Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche
