  • Aufgabengebiet:
  • Projektierung, Aufnahme und Erfassung (Personal-, Material- und Zeitplanung)
  • Arbeitsplanung sowie Steuerung und Einteilung des Personals
  • Kalkulation und Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Angeboten
  • Baustellenüberwachung, Abnahme, Kontrolle und Abrechnung von GWH-Arbeiten
  • Fakturierung für Privatkund_innen, Wiener Wohnen und Hausverwaltungen
  • Unterstützende Personalführung des gewerblichen Personals
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Überwachung von Lager, Materialwirtschaft und Fuhrpark
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Gesetzen und Qualitätsrichtlinien (ISO 9001:2015)
  • Kontrolle und Wartung von Arbeitsmitteln, Maschinen und Geräten
  • Koordination und Meldung von Versicherungsfällen
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten im technischen Bereich
  • Ausbildung:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich GWH (Gas/Wasser/Heizung)
  • bereits erworbene Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Organisationstalent
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (z. B. Word, Excel, Auftragssysteme)
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Wir bieten:
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeitbeschäftigung (MO-FR bzw. MO-DO je nach Woche)
  • Arbeitsort: Wien
  • Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort
  • Entlohnung: EUR 3397,52 brt/Monat - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung Überbezahlung möglich
