Deine Aufgaben:

Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
Betreuung und Administration von Clients, Benutzerkonten sowie Hard- und Software
Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 1st & 2nd Level (Fokus auf 2nd Level)
Administration von Windows-, Microsoft 365- und Netzwerkumgebungen
Unterstützung bei Server-, Infrastruktur- und Systemthemen
Mitarbeit bei IT-, Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und Technologien
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Anwenderanleitungen

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung 1st & 2nd Level Support sowie gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und IT-Infrastrukturen
Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerktechnik
Freude an technischen Herausforderungen und neuen Technologien
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position ist auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ein Bruttogehalt von 3.300,- Euro vorgesehen. Gerne sind wir zur Überzahlung je nach Deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation bereit.
