Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden - vor Ort sowie per Fernwartung
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware, Software und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und technischer Support im 1st- und 2nd-Level
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und laufende Pflege unserer Systeme
  • Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei IT-Projekten und Modernisierungsvorhaben

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. IT-Techniker, Fachinformatiker, HTL etc.)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows (Client & Server), Netzwerktechnologien und idealerweise M365 / Active Directory
  • Erfahrung im technischen Support - im Außendienst oder im Helpdesk
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und freundliches Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Gehalt:

  • Für diese Position gilt ein monatliches Mindestbruttogehalt ab EUR 4.000,00 (auf Basis Vollzeit)
  • Eine Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Motivation selbstverständlich möglich.
