  • Aufbau und Pflege einer technischen Knowledge Base sowie Unterstützung interner Teams im Netzwerk-Troubleshooting
  • Skill-Set
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Studium) in Informatik, Netzwerktechnik, Telekommunikation o. Ä.
  • Berufserfahrung mit einem klaren Schwerpunkt im Netzwerkbereich, z. B. als Network Engineer, Network Administrator, Network Support Engineer, Network Analyst
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkarchitekturen und -protokollen (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, WLAN)
  • Praxis im Umgang mit Wireshark, Nmap und gängigen Netzwerk-Monitoring-Lösungen
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Von Vorteil: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) sowie Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
