  • Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
  • Führung und Organisation der Schichtmannschaft, um die Produktionsziele effizient zu erreichen.
  • Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse, um eine hohe Produktqualität und termingerechte Lieferung sicherzustellen.
  • Koordination und Motivation der Mitarbeiter während der Schicht, um eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre zu fördern.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Qualitätsstandards und betrieblichen Vorgaben.
  • Erste Fehleranalyse und eventuelle -behebung: Bei auftretenden Störungen schnell und lösungsorientiert reagieren.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen durch regelmäßige Rückmeldungen und Vorschläge.
  • Berichterstattung an die Produktionsleitung und Dokumentation relevanter Kennzahlen.
  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in einem technischen Beruf
  • (vorzugsweise abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung)
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, genaue und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Problemlösungs- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Grundlegende MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
