  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Lehrlinge und verantwortlich für deren fachliche und persönliche Ausbildung im Betrieb sowie in Abstimmung mit der Berufsschule. Du planst und koordinierst den Ausbildungsablauf gemäß Ausbildungsplan, teilst die Lehrlinge den Fachabteilungen zu und arbeitest eng mit Team- und Gruppenleads zusammen.
  • Du überwachst und dokumentierst den Ausbildungsfortschritt, beurteilst den Lernerfolg und unterstützt bei Bedarf - auch individuell.
  • Darüber hinaus sorgst du für einen reibungslosen, qualitativen Ablauf im Verantwortungsbereich, achtest auf Ordnung, Sicherheit und den effizienten Einsatz von Ressourcen und wirkst aktiv bei Verbesserungsprojekten mit.
  • Die interne Kommunikation rund um die Lehrlingsausbildung sowie die Einhaltung von Hausordnung, Sicherheits- und arbeitsmedizinischen Richtlinien fallen ebenfalls in deinen Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Lehrlingsausbilder
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit motivierten Menschen, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität
