Deine Aufgabe:

Selbstständige Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an div. HKLS-Anlagen innerhalb des Campus Seibersdorf

Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung an Gebäudetechnischen Anlagen

Durchführung allgemeiner haustechnischer Tätigkeiten

Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten Überprüfung und Befundung von Anlagen und Systemen

Begleitung, Kontrolle und Abnahmen von Fremddienstleistern durchgeführter Tätigkeiten

Bereitschaftsdienst (nach entsprechender Einschulung)

Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

Lehrabschlussprüfung im Bereich Heinzung-/ Klima-/ Sanitär

Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management mit Schwerpunkt Haustechnik

Zusatzqualifikationen:

  • Führerschein B von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Qualitätsmanagement- Kenntnisse von Vorteil
