Diese spannenden Aufgaben warten auf dich:

· Allg. Sanierungsarbeiten (Haus- und Wohnungsinstallationen)

· Gebrechen beheben, Sanitäre Wasser- und Ablaufinstallationen

· Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen sowie Hebeanlagen (WC)

· Pumpen- und Drucksteigerungsanlagen, Bewässerungsanlagen

· Überprüfen von Gasleitungen - G10

· Renovierungsarbeiten

· Arbeiten nach Plänen

· Einhaltung geltender Sicherheitsvorschriften, Normen und Standards

Das bringst du mit:

· Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Installations- und Gebäudetechniker/in (GWH-, HKLS-, Rohrschlosser)

· Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweißen (Bexal-Press, Geberit PE-HD, Geberit Mapress)

· Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

· Führerschein Klasse B

· Lohn: Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von 2.948,85 € Brutto/Monat zzgl. Zulagen; Bereitschaft für Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und nachgewiesener Berufserfahrung
