Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 3.551,59 brutto pro Monat zzgl. Prämie, zzgl. Schichtzulagen und zzgl. gesetzlichen Zulagen. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Selbständiges Bedienen und Überwachen der Spritzgussmaschinen
Selbständiges einplanen der Fertigungsaufträge
Sicherstellung der Qualität der gefertigten Teile
Störungsbehebung, Fehleranalyse und Rüstvorgänge
Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen

Sie bieten:

Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik
Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Anlagenbediener:in
Bereitschaft zur 4-Schichtarbeit
Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse zum Lesen und Verstehen der Arbeitsanweisungen (min. B2)
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
